The use of IMT technology has reduced emissions of harmful gaseous compounds into the environment and eliminated noxious odors that were a nuisance to the local community. This facilitated positive decisions on further expansion of the plant.

The pro-environmental and life-enhancing solutions introduced for the sake of the local community met with their approval, which was necessary for further expansion of the plant. This, in turn, enabled production to more than double.

Improving the process eco-friendliness

The use of IMT technology has allowed the process line used by the client to achieve the parameters that make it much more environmentally friendly.

Elimination of extremely hazardous waste

By supporting the disposal of the most dangerous warfare gases, such as yperite, we helped solve the problem of storing these specific and demanding waste types.

Improving the process eco-friendliness

The client has gained a fully operational and environmentally safe process line for conducting testing processes, including, among other things, testing various types of metallurgical sinters.

Response to specific needs

Thanks to its temperature flexibility and smooth and fast response to changes in process conditions, our device was the missing element in their process line – with absolutely no other similar devices available commercially.

The company manufactures and sells asphalt products: road, modified, industrial products, and asphalt binders and preparations. It has a specialized plant in Ścinawa, Lower Silesia, equipped with a system for the production of modified asphalt, Styrelf®, and synthetic transparent binder, Kromatis ®.

Thanks to IMT technology, the problem of nuisance odors from the production and exceeding emission standards affecting the environment was solved.
