Application

The IMT technology (Innovative Microwave Technology) uses microwaves to neutralize and dispose of waste and thermally treat other raw materials. It can be used to purify gases or reduce the mass of organic substances – by up to 99.9%.

Unlike conventional incineration, IMT converts waste into pure gas thanks to optimized temperatures (with an accuracy of 5°C) generated by a concentrated microwave field.

In addition, the process emits a huge amount of energy, which can be recovered.

Gas and odor Treatment

IMT is perfect for the environmentally friendly treatment of industrial flue gases. Depending on the users' needs, the equipment used may focus on removing harmful substances from the flue gas or on neutralizing odours that are a nuisance to the environment.

Waste Disposal

Plastic, rubber, medical waste, hazardous waste, and electronic or organic waste: the list of solids that may be disposed of with the help of IMT is long, and at the moment includes approx. 140 different types of waste. Thanks to microwave technology, their volume may be reduced by up to 99%.

Checks and laboratory tests

Thanks to small-scale test systems, it is possible to verify precisely whether the investment in IMT technology is technically feasible and reasonable - both ecologically and economically.

Advantages

MOBILITY AND SCALABILITY

The components of the systems are located in adapted containers delivered to the installation place. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be moved between different locations and, if necessary, can also be expanded as the users' needs grow or change.

EASE OF IMPLEMENTATION AND SAFETY

It takes two weeks to launch the system, including staff training. The systems we build are monitored 24/7 and secured with security protocols. Our engineers have the ability to remotely control the systems and solve any problems

GREEN ENERGY AND ZERO-EMISSION

The IMT technology meets the most stringent standards for the emission of harmful and noxious gases. It is fully electrically-powered and environmentally friendly. At the same time, it generates “green” thermal or electrical energy.

FAST RETURN ON INVESTMENT

The IMT technology represents one of the most feasible business models available to the waste management industry. The high efficiency of IMT-based systems makes it possible to profit from, among other things, the sale of energy to heating systems or the disposal of hazardous, industrial or medical waste.

Gas and odor treatment:
SMALL_AIR and SMALL_SMELL

Based on the MOR and MNR reactors, we have developed SMALL_AIR and SMALL_SMELL systems. The first one focuses on purifying flue gases from harmful compounds and dust, such as, among others, CnHm, CO, and SO₂ while reducing CO₂ and NOx emissions.

The main task of the second one is to purify the flue gases from odors that are a nuisance to the environment.

SMALL_WASTE

Both solutions make it possible to check how microwave treatment affects a potential customer’s existing gases or solid wastes.

In the case of TEST_FILTER, a small reactor is used, combining the capabilities of MTO and MTR reactors – i.e. GC-type reactors, enabling the purification of gases from nuisance compounds and odors.

TEST_DRUM, on the other hand, is a small SU-type reactor for solid waste treatment.
